This folder contains MAG-related files from the study entitled "Tracing of streptococcal strains from infant stool across human body sites links gut-specificity to adhesins". In this study, we performed whole metagenome sequencing of 100 infant stool samples collected 10 days after birth.

- An overview of the MAGs is given in the tab-separated text file MAG_table.tsv

- The coverage table of the MAGs can be found in the tab-separated text file MAG_coverage.tsv

- The fasta files for each of the 112 MAGs can be found in the compressed tar-archive MAGs.tar.gz
